Providing technical support to users with very different levels of IT knowledge and competence. Ensuring the most cost effective and efficient use of resources Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems. Ensuring that all IT equipment complies with industry standards. Trouble-shooting ranging from critical system outages to forgotten passwords. Implementing and monitoring security measures and standards. Training users – sometimes one-on-one, sometimes in groups, and providing written guidelines and instructions.
12993	VB.Net Senior Architect	Primarily responsible for performing code reviews, enforcing standards and methodology, and assisting more junior team members in technical growth. Also responsible for status reporting on all current projects; accurately estimating projects; and scheduling release dates to meet business objectives. You will also code, review, document and unit test all code based on requirements. Duties include participation in design, coding, maintenance and testing of web pages, interfaces to external systems, batch programs, client server applications, reports, web services, unit and integration testing.
13034	Web Design Manager	Lead an internal web design team and external agencies by directing strategy and delivery for web design standards such as color, typography, layout, imagery, CSS and Flash for projects, marketing content and general enhancements; ensures that assets meet requirements set forth by existing standards, senior management, business constituents, project champions and IT.
