JDR Emergency Services:
Our response time on mission critical issues is based on
“Just-in-Time” action. If you are down - we respond. Reducing
computer downtime and increasing productivity is our goal. However,
we recognize that things do go wrong. When that happens, JDR will be
there to get you back to work. Hardware failure is often hard to
predict. JDR can quickly get your components replaced and your
system working again. In cases of hard drive failure, we can
recover data on the drive in most cases and ghost information from
the bad drive to the new drive so the system is returned to normal
operation without costly reinstallation of software. In some
instances, password lockout occurs on a server or workstation. This
is usually caused by an employee leaving without surrendering
passwords for the system, someone forgetting the password or the
password being changed by mistake. If this happens, JDR can recover
the password without having to reinstall software or reformat the
system. Another issue that Emergency Services can quickly remedy is
network failure. In complicated networks, it is common to come upon
switch/router/hub trouble, wiring failure, network
adapter card(s) failure, firewall issues or VPN failure. JDR’s
emergency technicians are skilled in troubleshooting and repairing
all issues so that your productivity is not affected by the
technology.
