Interim Resources:

In your business, there might be times that you need an extra person for a specific project or for a particular amount of time. In this situation, it is not feasible to hire a new employee. Therefore, JDR has expert individuals that will work on your projects on a contract basis and for an hourly rate “as needed.” Known as Interim Resources, these temporary workers are on our payroll, not yours. We provide each of our consultants with extensive benefits, they accrue vacation as an employee of ours and, in addition, they receive top pay. We ensure that their employment needs are met. All you have to do is put them to work. Our interim consultants will work on site at your location or offsite, if preferred. Hourly rates are agreed upon before they begin your assignment. If a project takes longer than originally anticipated, our interim contracts can easily be extended, or a consultant can be brought back at a later time. Using our Interim Resources, you can create an extension of your department which can be at your disposal anytime.
