One of our popular PC/Server services is a security review.  During this stage, our technicians will report and suggest options for correcting any and all security issues.  Our network technicians can also handle all your complete installation needs, from network servers to workstations and software installs.  With this service, we are able to resolve issues with software by researching the problem using our skills to dig through the information found on your vendor’s site, and, if you desire, spend time communicating with your vendor on your behalf.  We will review and make suggestions about software changes and/or new software that would enhance your productivity.  The final stage of this service comes in the form of maintenance.  We will provide regular maintenance for your servers and workstations.  This includes reviewing systems capacity, inspecting old equipment and keeping you informed of new technology that could help you become more efficient and effective.

We offer onsite and offsite options, as well as, service contracts and buy-as-you-go options . By allowing us offsite connection to your company we are able to review systems without having to physically be at your site. This option saves you time and money. Of course, your confidentiality and your system security is always in the forefront. The only person that will ever have access to your system will be the JDR consultant you have come to know and trust.
