Jill Herrin is a Top 40 LinkedIn recruiter and Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) with over 15,000 direct connections. She is an executive search and placement professional with over thirty-five years of successful recruiting and consulting background, along with thirty years of business ownership. Jill is the founder and CEO of JDResources, Inc.(JDR). Originally from London, England, Jill became a citizen of the US in 1995 and brings the best of both cultures together.

Danny McKinney is the COO for JDResources; he began his career over 40 years ago as a Computer Operator for a local Memphis cotton company. During the years that followed, he worked for a number of companies with increasing responsibilities. The final position he held in Information Technology was Sr. Systems Analyst for the Unisys Corp. When seeking a change in employment, he spoke with Jill Herrin about finding a new opportunity. During this conversation, she mentioned becoming a Recruiter and, after several weeks of talking, he changed careers. Danny worked as a Recruiter for JDResources for 12 years, during which time he worked on computer related development in the background. As technology grew, it became more time consuming, so Danny became full-time CIO for the company. Later he took on the position of COO. He has been with JDR for over 30 years now.

She’s the proud mother of a delightful little boy and has been married to her high school sweetheart for over 15 years. Starting at the front desk and working her way through various positions, Tammy has enjoyed learning about the business and using her knowledge in ways that are beneficial to clients and candidates. She feels grateful to be working with a company that utilizes everyone’s individual talents to make sure all succeed. Her position enables her to contribute to JDR’s overall success.

With more than 25 years serving in senior Human Resources roles with large multi-national companies, Ada is able to deliver valuable insight and options for our clients across a full spectrum of Talent Acquisition scenarios, including permanent placements, contract for hire, consulting engagements and outplacement services. Ada has a track record for developing and maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring that our team exceeds client expectations each and every time! Originally from Toronto Canada, Ada has lived in Memphis since 1999 and is actively involved in numerous community and charitable events.

Camille has more than 25 years of experience in marketing and journalism. For the past 12 years, she was vice president of marketing for Verified Person Inc., a Memphis-based employment screening company recently acquired by Sterling Talent Solutions Inc. Camille has held marketing positions at Memphis-based and Alpharetta,Ga.-based ChoicePoint Inc., both businesses in the employment screening industry. Originally from north Alabama, Camille moved to Memphis in 1994 to work at the Memphis Daily News where she was assistant editor before moving into a managing editor role at Vance Publishing Corp. and later an account manager position at Chandler-Ehrlich advertising firm. Camille graduated from Auburn University in 1992 with a BA degree in corporate journalism. She lives in Memphis, Tenn., with her husband and three daughters. She is currently a member of the Levitt Shell board of directors.

Stacy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from GMU, in Virginia, her home state. Coming to JDR was the best decision she has made career wise; to join a team of professionals that care about their clients, candidates and employees. Outside of work, Stacy is a passionate beach goer that enjoys kayaking, swimming and enjoying the awesome sunsets over the gulf. She likes to spend quality time with friends and family and loves to cook!
